Unlike what people think, hypnosis or a light trance feels just like relaxation. It is a natural state with no right or wrong way to experience it. You will have access to information that's hard to obtain from the conscious mind.

My job is to guide and help you understand an old belief or value that no longer serves you so that we can change it. You will remember everything and share what you want.

The best sessions happen when the client surrenders to the subconscious mind without trying to use logic to understand what's coming up. Just breathe, relax, and answer the questions with the first thing that comes to mind. You will feel light and your subconscious will lead you to all the details you need to find your answers and deal with the beliefs you have and want to change.

The brain's electrical activity frequency can indicate levels of consciousness and wakefulness. The brain has four main types of brainwaves: alpha, beta, delta, and theta. When in hypnosis you are in alpha, associated with a state of relaxation and meditation, and can be triggered by activities such as daydreaming, meditating, or practicing mindfulness.

  • 1-1.5 hour RTT hypnotherapy virtual or in-person session.
  • Personalized audio recording meditation to listen for 21 days. 
  • Ongoing support for questions or guidance during the 21 days.
  • 30-minute wrap-up call at the end of the 21 days.
